Validation Service
PaidUp is being validated as an accounts-receivable assistant for US SMBs. The current public experience supports the landing page, free invoice audit requests, and pilot billing. QuickBooks tooling, owner-approved message workflows, and cash recovery reporting ship in later phases.
Accounts and Billing
You are responsible for account credentials, payment information, and the accuracy of information submitted during checkout or audit requests. Paid plans and pilot subscriptions are processed through Stripe when configured.
Submitted Business Data
You retain ownership of invoice, customer, message, and payment information you submit or later connect. You grant PaidUp permission to process that information only to operate the audit, billing, follow-up, promise tracking, recovery attribution, reporting, support, and security workflows.
First-Party Use
PaidUp is designed for first-party business billing notifications in the customer owner's name. You are responsible for having the authority to submit invoice data, contact customers, approve messages, and use any connected email or accounting account.
Human Review
Sensitive actions are designed to remain owner-approved in the MVP. You remain responsible for reviewing drafts, escalation decisions, customer records, and payment status before acting on them.
Acceptable Use
Do not abuse the service, bypass access controls, scrape the product, harass customers, impersonate others, submit data you are not authorized to use, or use PaidUp for unlawful billing, payment, or customer communications.
Accuracy and Professional Advice
Audit estimates, drafts, classifications, promise extraction, recovery attribution, and reports can be incomplete or inaccurate. PaidUp does not provide legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice. Review outputs before acting on them.
Availability and Changes
We may change, pause, or discontinue features as the product evolves. We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.
Limits
To the fullest extent allowed by law, PaidUp is provided as is. The draft liability limit is the amount you paid for the service during the three months before the claim, subject to legal review before final publication.
